These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Dragon222 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "dragon222"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming and sports betting services available at dragon222.cam and any associated mobile applications or interfaces.

4.1 Registration Process

To register an Account, you must complete the registration form on dragon222 accurately and truthfully. You agree to provide your full legal name, date of birth, current residential address, email address, and a valid phone number. False, inaccurate, or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Dragon222 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Dragon222 is required to conduct identity and address verification (KYC) on all Accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request, and may conduct KYC verification at any point during an Account's active lifecycle. Required documents typically include a valid Malaysian MyKad, Driving Licence or Passport, and a recent proof of address such as a utility bill issued by TNB, Syabas, or Telekom Malaysia, or a bank statement from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong Bank, dated within the preceding three months.

4.4 One Account Policy

Each individual Player is entitled to hold one Account only. If multiple Accounts are discovered — whether registered to the same individual, the same IP address, the same device, or the same payment method — dragon222 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, withhold balances pending investigation, and permanently ban the individual from the Platform.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Dragon222 supports a broad range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including but not limited to: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and USDT (TRC20/ERC20) cryptocurrency transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Dragon222 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges independently.

5.3 Currency

The default operating currency of dragon222 for Malaysian Players is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. Dragon222 is not responsible for any currency conversion differences applied by your bank or payment provider.

5.4 Deposit Integrity

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, stolen cards, or fraudulently obtained funds are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit will be reversed upon detection and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but will not be permitted to withdraw until identity and address verification is confirmed to dragon222's satisfaction.

6.2 Processing Times

Dragon222 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes or less for verified Accounts submitting withdrawals via DuitNow, FPX, or local bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong). Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, during periods of high transaction volume, or where a withdrawal is flagged for compliance review.

6.3 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Dragon222 reserves the right to impose a maximum single withdrawal limit, details of which are disclosed in the cashier section of the Platform.

6.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will, wherever operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Dragon222 is not obligated to process a withdrawal to a different account or method without completing additional verification steps.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on dragon222 are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer. Players are advised to read the applicable bonus terms in full before opting in to any promotion. The general principles below apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to an Account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. 7.4 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Table games and live dealer games (including Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. 7.5 Bonus Expiry

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Sports Betting

8.3 Void Bets

8.4 Disconnection Policy

Dragon222 is not responsible for any losses caused by interrupted internet connectivity on the Player's side. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the game's server-side state will determine the outcome of the round. The following activities are strictly prohibited on dragon222 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

Dragon222 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee continuous availability. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform access.

Dragon222's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms and the services provided hereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.1 Termination by Player

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the dragon222 support team. Prior to closure, any outstanding Real Money Balance (net of any uncleared Bonus Funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification if not already completed.

13.2 Termination by Dragon222

Dragon222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe when requested; evidence of underage gambling; suspected money laundering; or any activity that in Dragon222's judgement poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the welfare of other Players.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Dragon222 operates its online gaming licence.

Any dispute arising between a Player and Dragon222 shall first be subject to good faith resolution through dragon222's customer support process. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to an independent dispute resolution body as designated under the Platform's operating licence.

Dragon222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable prior notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where feasible, notifying registered Players via email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept a revision, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.
